Having one foot in the East and the other in the West has taught me a lot, in addition to all my business experience leading several companies, they have made me a very empathic person who easily grasps behavioral habits and knows how to lead to the achievement of vital and professional goals.   

 

My mind is capable of detecting, through deep knowledge of behavior, knots or difficulties in moving forward. My degree is Expert in Holistic Psychology and Coach, I accompany you, I understand you and I use all my knowledge to give you the tools with which to focus your life.

I accompany you, in a relatively short process although I do not set deadlines... you set the rhythms. In addition to private online therapy (Zoom, skype...), there is also the organization of group or private leadership coaching sessions. In the private sessions I accompany you during the time between sessions with tools and tasks. You must commit to me that you will do everything on your part, since I do not want you to waste your money or our time. 

 

The group sessions seek connection, learning to work as a team and the definition of "leadership" "commitment" "team" "objectives".  My approach is humanistic looking for achievement together with well-being.
